Terms of Use

1. Subject of the terms

The Administration provides the User with access to the Website and its services: the product catalogue, checkout, personal account, blog and other sections.

Goods are sold through the Website under the Public Offer Agreement published on the Website. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

2. User account

To access certain Website services, the User registers by confirming their mobile phone number with a one-time password (OTP).

The User undertakes to provide accurate registration data and keep it up to date, to keep access to their account confidential and not to share it with third parties.

All actions performed using the User's account are deemed to be performed by the User personally.

The Administration may suspend or delete a User's account if the User violates these Terms or the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

3. Rules for using the website

When using the Website, the User must not:

• take actions aimed at disrupting the normal operation of the Website, bypassing its security measures or gaining unauthorized access to its data;
• use automated data-collection tools (scraping) without the Administration's written consent;
• upload or distribute malicious software;
• place knowingly false orders or provide third parties' data without their consent;
• use the Website for purposes contrary to the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

4. Intellectual property

All objects published on the Website — texts, photographs, graphics, logos, trademarks, design elements and program code — are subject to the exclusive rights of the Administration or other rights holders.

Use of Website materials without the prior written consent of the rights holder is prohibited, except where expressly permitted by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

5. Personal data

By using the Website, the User consents to the processing of their personal data in the manner and on the terms set out in the Privacy Policy published on the Website and in the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data".

6. Limitation of liability

The Website and its services are provided "as is". The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation of the Website and may temporarily suspend it for maintenance.

The Administration is not responsible for the content of external resources linked from the Website, nor for the User's losses arising from the User's violation of these Terms.

7. Changes to the terms

The Administration may amend these Terms unilaterally. The new revision takes effect upon publication on the Website. Continued use of the Website after publication of amendments constitutes acceptance of them by the User.

8. Final provisions

These Terms and the relations of the parties are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. All disputes are resolved through negotiations and, failing agreement, in court.
