1. Data we collect

The Operator processes the following user data:

• mobile phone number (including for registration confirmation via a one-time password);
• e-mail address;
• delivery address;
• order history and contents;
• technical data: IP address, browser and device type, cookies, information about pages visited.

The Operator does not process bank card data: payments are handled by certified payment services on their side.

2. Purposes of processing

Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• registering and maintaining the user account;
• accepting, confirming, paying for and delivering orders;
• contacting the user regarding orders and support;
• sending informational and promotional messages — only with the user's consent, with the ability to opt out at any time;
• improving the Website and quality of service;
• complying with legal requirements, including tax legislation.

3. Legal grounds for processing

Processing is based on the user's consent, the need to perform a contract (processing and delivering an order), and the performance of obligations imposed on the Operator by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

• appeal the Operator's actions to the authorized body or a court.
