Colombia Cauca Inza Oyo is an Arabica coffee from the Inza terroir in the Cauca region, produced at Oyo farm. The coffee is washed processed and dried in greenhouse conditions. Grown at an altitude of 1,800–2,100 meters, the coffee is hand-picked during the May–July harvest period. The cup profile combines bright lime notes with dark chocolate and caramel. SCA score 83.5
